My journey to becoming a travel and lifestyle blogger and photographer was a bit scruffy compared to most.
It all started when I lost my 9 to 5 *GASP* almost 7 years ago. “You mean, you didn’t quit your corporate job to become a nomad?” Nope! My story isn’t as glamorous but I couldn’t be more grateful for it.
My story
I really had no idea how I was going to make that happen, then I discovered the world of content creation. I went all out with pitching brands, practically begging them to let me take photos for them. I spent the time I wasn't pitching growing my Arizona lifestyle and travel blogger community. Eventually, all my blood, sweat, and tears started resulting in paid brand partnerships that sent me around the globe, which has allowed me to scale my influence to what it is today.
After losing that job and letting that reality sink in, I decided it was time for me to make my dream happen: get paid to travel the world.
Countries I've explored & adventures I've had:
Been to all 63 US National parks
Traveled the entire usa in a self-converted campervan
Hiked the grand canyon top to bottom in a day
packrafted through the green river in canyonlands, utah
trekked the peruvian andes
hunted fall foliage in new england
saw wild wolves in yellowstone national park

I couldn’t be more grateful for my “scruffy” beginnings, and my only hope is that I can inspire others to make their biggest dreams happen too.
